What if I am given a prescription from the doctor and need to have it renewed through the course of the year?

Just contact us via email or through the site, and we can arrange an electronic consultation from the doctor you saw based on the records obtained through your face to face meeting. The resulting prescription will then be sent to one of our participating pharmacies for delivery to your home.

What if I have a fear of flying?

No problem, we can arrange either a train ride or even rent you a car for a good old American road trip. Your hotel will be covered when you arrive!

Is this health insurance?

No. We do not ask you for a monthly fee, and we cannot pay doctors on your behalf. What we have done is created a network of participating physicians and clinics who specialize in chronic condition management. These physicians have agreed to perform their services for a discounted rate in order to make treatment more accessible to our members.

Does this service cover emergency room visits?

We wish it could. But what we CAN do is provide the medium for you to be able to communicate with your doctor should you find yourself in that situation.

How much are the membership dues?

As of right now, the dues for all TCB and DPS patients are $850* for a year of service. This includes arrangements, booking, and reservations for getting you to your chosen clinic. It also includes one free refill of any prescribed medication per year which can be carried over to subsequent years.

Are the membership dues tax deductible?

Absolutely! Because this is a medical expense, you can write it off at the end of the year when you do your taxes and get it back. When was the last time you had a tax deductible vacation?

Can you make arrangements for golf, fishing, or other activities during my stay?

Yes we can. We utilize the services of a well renowned Travel Agency and can get great deals on anything you'd like to do during your stay! When speaking with our booking agents, be sure to mention this.

 

What about international travel?

We currently have partnerships with clinics and hotels in Canada and Latin America, and will have a few in Europe as well. There may be additional cost for these bookings and arrangements.

What do you mean by “meal of my choosing” during my hotel stay?

If you want pizza, we’ll call any franchise you like and send it over. If you want Chinese, we’ll do an internet search of the best ones in that area and have it sent up. If you stump us and we can’t find what you like that can be delivered, we’ll credit you $25.00 towards any medication or supply order you have with us.
