A Pinnacle Telemedicine Standard Membership entitles all patients to the following benefits:

• A yearly appointment with a specialist for your condition.
• Participation in our Prescription Drug Program.
• One free refill of perscribed medication per year which can be rolled over to subsequent years.
• Safe, secure, private, storage and maintenance of all pertinent medical records and test results.
• Discounts for our Medical Tourism and Alternative Therapy programs.
• Personal access to our corporate travel agency for one of a kind discounts.
• Hard copy billing statement with all pertinent information to allow for the membership fees to be deducted from yearly taxes.

Premium Membership ($650.00 for One Year, LIMITED TIME ONLY!)

Our most popular membership program and most all inclusive service we offer. Premium membership entitles chronic care patients to all benefits listed above in a Standard Membership as well as the following:

• Travel arrangements to and from our participating clinics.
• Lodging and a meal during the day of the consultation.
• Two free refills per year of any prescribed medications through our Prescription Drug Program. And these refills, if not used, can rollover to subsequent years.

Prescription Drug Program (Members Only)

• Allows for any prescribed medications relating to our doctors to be shipped to your residence legally and in accordance with the recently passed Ryan Haight Act.
• Online or telephone consultations with the same doctor seen face to face during your yearly appointment.
• Discounted prices for shipments due to elimination of previous "fill fees" incurred by pharmacies in the past.

Medical Tourism Program (Members and Non Members, cost varies by destination...call for details)

This newly developed program allows for chronic care patients to travel abroad for less expensive and sometimes, more effective treatments.

• Our research has given us a list of the best clinics in Latin America, The Caribbean, and Europe for treatment of chronic conditions. We have garnered relationships with the resident doctors and use only English speakers.
• We book you the least expensive flight and most desirable lodging for your stay. We also provide you advice on activities and cultural events that may be timed during your stay.
• We provide you with free and comprehensive language materials in digital format to make your stay less stressful and more enjoyable.
• We also give advice and guidance on passport and visa matters to assist first time international travelers.

Alternative Therapies (Members and Non Members, cost varies by clinic...call for details)

When traditional methods do not seem to be working and / or interfere with one's personal beliefs, there a great many options that we can help you with.

• We will schedule an appointment locally for you at a clinic that specializes in Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Reiki, or Massage Therapy.
• Any supplies needed for ongoing care can be delivered to you from our suppliers at a discounted rate.
• We also provide guidance and assistance for patients authorized to receive medical cannabis in states where it is legally allowed.
